Application Process: All candidates are required to complete a simple prescreen form to be considered and contacted by a recruiter. That from can be accessed on our home page, and should take you less than one minute to complete.
Meeting with a Recruiter: We are always on the hunt for qualified, skilled professionals. Once you have submitted an application or resume, a recruiter will be in contact shortly after. We conduct thorough, face to face interviews with each candidate, regardless of the position hiring for. This allows us to learn about your professional goals and skill set, to guarantee successful placement with our clients. The Interview: Interviewing with one of our recruiters is the best way for us to get to know you. From this meeting, we can determine which candidates will best match our client needs and requirements for open positions. However, if your specific skills do not match with open positions, we will work hard to market you to our clients in order to place you in employment that is best suited for you!
