This Privacy Policy explains how Cody Staffing, LLC (“Cody Staffing”, “we”, “us”) handles information collected through codystaffing.com (the “Site”).
Information we collect
We only collect information that you choose to send us:
- Contact form: your name, email address, phone number (optional), message, and a resume file if you choose to attach one.
- Employment application: your first and last name, email address, phone number, city, state, zip code, preferred work locations, how you heard about us, and a resume file if you choose to attach one.
Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record basic technical information (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) in server logs, which are used for security and to keep the Site running.
How we use your information
- To respond to your questions and requests.
- To review your application and contact you about job opportunities.
- To protect the Site against spam, abuse and security threats.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
Sharing
We may share application information with client employers when you are being considered for a position with them, and with service providers who help us operate the Site or deliver email, only as needed to provide those services. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Form submissions and security checks
When you send the contact form or an application, your information goes to our own form-processing service, which checks it and forwards it to our team by email. A resume you attach is sent to us as an email attachment; it is not stored on the website. Our forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check that helps tell real visitors apart from automated spam. Turnstile processes limited technical information about your browser and connection to perform the check; it is not used for advertising and does not set tracking cookies. We keep contact messages and applications only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by employment and record-keeping laws.

The Site is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
